By browsing this website, adding products to your shopping bag, or finalizing an order via our online checkout, you agree to be bound by the following legally binding Terms of Service, governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya and the Kenya Consumer Protection Act.

Products featured on this website are dietary, herbal, and nutritional supplements formulated to promote holistic wellness, vitality, and nutritional balance. Unless explicitly stated, dietary supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition without professional physician consultation. 2. Pricing, Invoicing & Kenya VAT
All prices displayed on the storefront are quoted in Kenya Shillings (KES) and are inclusive of standard 16% Value Added Tax (VAT) as required by the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA). A formal commercial Tax Invoice detailing tax amounts, store KRA PIN, and itemized sub-totals is generated for every completed purchase.
3. Payment Methods & Settlement
We offer secure, transparent payment channels:
- Safaricom M-Pesa: Instant automated STK Push directly to your Safaricom mobile handset. Upon PIN entry, transactions are verified in real time.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Permitted within authorized delivery zones (including Nairobi Metropolitan County) up to maximum prescribed thresholds. Orders must be paid in full to the courier upon parcel handover.
4. Order Confirmation & Contract Formation
Upon placing an order, you will receive an automated confirmation with your unique Order Reference (e.g. BET-YYMMDD-XXXX). A commercial sales contract is finalized once your order has been approved, packaged, and handed over for courier dispatch.
5. Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel an order before physical dispatch by contacting our customer desk (+254 727 220221). Upon cancellation, any reserved inventory is immediately returned to available stock. In case of prepaid orders, refunds are processed according to our Refund Policy.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall first be subject to amicable settlement via our customer service desk before escalation to relevant arbitration or competent Kenyan courts in Nairobi.
